L/F & Dolgeville Branches of Tri County as a rule have made sure every single question I've had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I have not had a problem with Tri County I generally find them very thorough my husband and I have gone to them for years. My children about 2 years ago lost their pediatrician due to retirement. Dr. Buch recommended Dr. Abraham in Dolgeville. Up to this point we have never had issues with my children getting an appointment whether for a well-care visit, physical for sports or school and or a sick visit, but today we were told that no appointments were available for my sick child and we were referred to urgent care. We of-course made an appointment with urgent care and will take our sick child there, but want to take a moment to suggest that although well care visits and appointments that are made in advance are extremely important, it would be nice for all of Tri-County's locations to try and set aside some available time for those who are ill and need to be seen right away. When a child (especially) isn't feeling well it would be nice to have them see a familiar face and not one of a stranger. I'm sure our experience with the urgent care staff @ Bassett in Herkimer will not be a bad one, but because we care so much for our current healthcare providers at Tri County we'd like to try and pass along some constructive criticism.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Next time I hope to be more in control of the time afforded to me during my visit, I feel as if his staff does a poor job with communication.

It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions.
