Horrendous! Absolutely horrendous! The receptionist is mean, the wait is regularly over an hour, I was informed "to call ahead and see how late the doctor is running". It was still over an hour wait from the time I got to the office. In any other profession I would not have paid for this service as it was so atrocious! This is the first doctor I have ever been to where I have left saying he spent TOO MUCH time with me, mostly doubling documenting in his laptop and paper notes and then asking me to repeat things. Oh and they don't take credit cards FSA or HSA personal check or cash ONLY

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I understand they're busy, but I'm getting really tired of them postponing my appointments all the time. Every time I make an appointment, it's usually postponed at least a week. Their staff is very friendly and professional.

Dr. Sorge, his wife, and all of the other staff and very caring, and are dedicated to their patients. They are very easy to talk to and make you feel comfortable. I would highly reccomend this practice
