I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THIS OFFICE FOR ABOUT 7 YEARS AND ALL I CAN SAY IS I LOVE ALL THE DOCTORS THERE. ELANA IS ON THE BALL AND KNOWS EVERYTHING ABOUT ME AND REMEMBERS THING I FORGET MYSELF IT HAS BEEN A PLEASURE GOING THERE. IT IS A VERY BUSY OFFICE AND IF THERE IS A WAIT IT IS BECAUSE THEY ARE VERY THOROUGH.

Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. I was in the hospital once and when I finally got to the doctor for a follow-up visit and to complain about not getting a call back, the Dr- blamed me for not coming in sooner and the rudeness or lack of response from his staff was a non concern of his.! Their emergency service is even worse. Rude and not helpful. One time the person assisting me did not place me on hold and was heard to be complaining about my questions. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.Quite frankly they dont even keep proper billing pratices. I have received bills over 2 years old and I have to be the one to do research to see if I really do owe the money or worry about collections. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door only after I went to the window to sign in, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. There are times when I've been there, that I feel like they're favoring certain clients. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens.Appts are never on time and I have waited well over 30 mins just to get in the examination room only to wait another 15 mins or so for the doc to come in. In addition, the doctor frequently takes calls both before and during the exam and rushes through every visit. I have to speak a million miles a minute just to get things out and I do not feel as though they listen. I have to actually rehearse before they get in everything I need to say in order to use the least amount of words to try to keep their attention but get out everything I need to. There is only one nice lady there . Young girl who is very pleasant. Even offered one time to call me to follow up on testing authorization while on break from school but the rest are nasty. I was referred to them so many years ago by a co-worker and I use to love MOST of the people there but in the last 5 years or so the care has been so poor and uncaring. Now they have taken over another practices patients and the wait is longer, the care suffering even more. I think I will finally have to look around for another doctor especially since there is no privacy. You can hear everything about a patients condition from the phone calls or the discussions held behind the window. One time I was in the waiting area after my exam and they were discussing my medical issues in tones everyone else could hear.They make no effort to be discreet and they talk about patients they are annoyed with(after they hang up or after someone leaves). Very upset after all these years to have to finally look elsewhere for care
