I arrived as a new patient to a crowded and dingy waiting room on time for my appointment yesterday. I filled out their form and when I handed it back to the receptionist, I learned from her that there were four patients ahead of me. I think it was probably more than four based on the number of people seated and waiting, I told her that I was not staying because that was unacceptable. If a doctor cannot organize his time or value the time of his patients, should I trust that he is a competent doctor?

Dr.Fazio failed my husband miserably. My husband had an MRI recently for a back problem. The results happened to pick up two renal cysts. He went for a renal sonogram and it showed a mass on left kidney. Tonight my husband underwent a CT scan of kidney with and without contrast to see what we are dealing with. The radiology report from the sonogram indicated that the cyst was detected in2006! My husband never knew he had it. Tonight we asked at the radiology facility who the referring physician was in 2006 so we would know which dr. Failed us! It was dr. Fazio. He never even followed up to tell my husband that he had a cyst no matter how large or small. So seven years later it is amass and we find out in 48 hours what the future holds. ThanksDr. Fazio, hope you are ready to retire soon because if anything is seriously wrong with my husband you will not be seeing patients any longer after I am done with you.
