They are WAY overbooked and the staff is not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. I wasn't impressed with the staff's attitude. They weren't too friendly and didn't give me much of a welcome. Dr Fenster explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

I would have no problem giving them a recommendation. If anyone needed a gastroenterologist, I would direct them here. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
