My husband went to Dr. Farrell for several years. My husband had complained of frequent urination and Dr. Farrell blamed this on diabetes and didn't want to do a PSA as he felt they sometimes came back with a false positive. Finally I had my husband change drs. and had a PSA done. The number was extremely high and after seeing a specialist, my husband was diagnosed with cancer of the prostate. I believe if Dr. Farrell had done this test earlier we would have not let this go so long and have a better chance of recovery.

The check in staff was discourteous and cold. Mechanic. I have waited in the past for 30 minutes plus when I had afternoon appointments - and chalked it up to getting behind schedule. Today I had a 9:30 appointment and watched not one patient in the waiting room go in, actually one came out and waited over 15 minutes for some paperwork. A pharmaceutical rep was granted more pleasantries and a faster audience than us patients. After over 45 minutes without even an apology for my waiting - I walked out. Oh, and if you are uncomfortable around dogs - don't go here as his dog is the first one to greet you when you do finally get through the door. Crotches beware!!

The draft is phony not real based on the questions answered. The questions on the survey do not portray any real sense of what you expect going to a doctors. I would like for once a survey to reflect the option to enter in your opinion rather than multiple choice that still doesn't provide the correct answer so you have to select skip.
