There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. When I first opened the door to their office, I noticed a faint but distinctly foul odor. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable.

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.
