Dr. and nurses are great. Receptionist is so rude and unprofessional that I am in the process of changing my PCP. Seems crazy to leave a MD that I trust but the rude and unproffesional experience with Jessica is something no one should have to deal with- let alone a patient just trying to follow through with some health issues. End of my rope was the outright lie she told another staff member as to the reason I am finding a new MD, trying to blame another MD office.
