No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time

The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any questions. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. Their staff is very friendly and professional.
