The wait time is ridiculous. Today I walked out at 12:19 pm after arriving at 11:08 for an 11:15 am appointment. This is not the exception but rather the rule. I am always kept waiting at least 30 minutes and as long as 1.5 hours. This seems to be the modus operandi of CNY Family Care in general, and not this physician specifically. When I have complained mostly I get excuses or a suggestion that if I don't like being treated with total disrespect I should find another doctor...and now I shall.

Never, they are very reliable.
