This place stinks and unprofessional. I choose this PCP because he was close to where I live, but it was a terrible choice. Believe or not, I've waited for over 2hours and 20 minutes. No one even came to explain or say anything. I see stuff wandering around hanging out with each other, not caring about the waiting area crowded with patients. I saw a few patients complain and leave frustrated after a long wait. I was trying to be patient ... but after two hours, i decided it was ridiculous. got my paperwork ripped it and left. Reminded me of the service of one of those third world countries. I'd suggest to anyone to look for another place.

Not at all

Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all
Were you able to relax during your appointment?
No, I had to leave I was so distressed

They sometimes can use a few more staff members on hand. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. Dr. Nayel always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I was very comfortable the entire time. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

He is a very knowledgeable physician ,.always aware of new therapies out there
He is willing to recommend u to somebody else and not afraid to say I don't know
Very caring for all his patients and shows no favoritism .Respect is number one in this office.Every person gets ample time to discuss their ailments .I recommend Dr.Nayel to everyone . The office is very clean and the staff is friendly .
