Dr. Applebaum is an excelent specialist. He discovered bcc on my nose and recommended Mohs surgery with Dr. Lefkowitz. He explained all the benefits of Mohs surgery and I trusted him.
Dr. Lefkowitz is a very skillful Mohs surgeon. Few years ago he removed a skin cancer on my husband’s nose. It’s been healed completely with minimal pain and no complications. This time Dr. Lefkowitz removed a skin cancer on my mose. Before the procedure the surgeon and the nurse created for me friendly and supportive environment helping to overcome anxiety. I am optimistically looking forward to my recovery.

Dr. Applebaum is a top notch dermatologist. He has been my doctor for about 20 years. He is the only doctor who was able to cure my rosacea. He is always pleasant, thorough in his checkups and accurate with his diagnoses. I highly recommend him.
His office staff is also courteous and helpful. I used to have long waits before being seen, especially in his Queens office. I just go super early now and get seen quickly.
