I had a very unprofessional experience in this office. After waiting an hour I met with the physians assistant, not the doctor, to get my biopsy results. the PA told me it was positive for cancer and that I needed MOHs surgery. Her manner was almost glib, telling me the procedure would take most of a day and "we'll try to save as much of you forehead as we can". I saw another doctor, who treated me himself, and the whole procedure took under an hour. I do not recommend this office under any circumstances.

I did not enjoy my visit. During my first appointment the person who examined my skin (not the Dr, an assistant) actually grabbed my bra straps and pulled them up hard, telling me to "support my girls". To say I was shocked is putting it mildly. Giving you permission to examine my skin does not imply permission to comment on or roughly handle my bra. I was there for one reason and when I brought up a second reason I was told to "make a second appointment to discuss that." Really? I can only have one problem at a time? Finally, during my in-office biopsy I thought that the assisting staff acted like they did not have a clue as to what they were doing and they did not comfort me whatsoever. I felt like I was going to pass out - it was like I was an animal or something, no helping hand. Not impressed, would never ever return.

Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Yes, I felt informed when I left
