I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I would in fact recommend this cardiologist. I was happy with the care I received and would encourage my family and friends to use them as well. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional
