Dr Singer lacks the empathy, patient perspective, compassion or communication skills to be working anywhere except in a morgue.

I was self pay this time, although I used South Shore Gastro for over 20 years. This little man had the audacity to tell me that unless my wife who dropped me off and was 20 miles away, came back and paid upfront, he would not start the proceedure. I explained that she was picking me up to hear the results, he said when she gets here we will start " until then I will take other patients first".

I told him that I needed to trust the judgement of my doctors and that he was no longer my doctor because he lacked any semblance of understanding or judgement.

By the way he is a grumpy- arrogant and gruff person.
