Not only was I dissatisfied with my visit, I ended up leaving with more problems than I had when I came. They made my situation even worse. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. Without a doubt, they were the worst psychiatrist I've ever seen. I can't believe they're still practicing. He completely cut me off on a very dangerous medication without any care whatsoever not only that he did it without even talking to me or even a phone call dont forget its our insurance companys filling there pockets

I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid.

Dr. Astruc is an Awesome Dr. I have been seeing him for years. He is patient and kind. He really listens to what I have to say. If I need a change in meds we talk about it and we make the choice together. Man I cannot say enough about him!!
