Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

I arrived for my appt. and sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes, then was taken back to her room. We waited 3 and a half hours before being seen. During this tome she was seen outside for 45 minutes talking to another person laughing ect. From the sounds in the office there was not anyone there byt us. When she came to the room we were treated as if we were her servents. If you dont kiss her butt she will get an attitude with you right away, She has an attitude that she is better than anyone else and that was used alot. Her Husband is on the board of directors and I guess that gives her a power rush. She is the type that judges you as soon as she see's you, if you dont meet her standards you are treated as though you are trash. A very unprofessional person that even talks to her self and answers to.
