Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.
