The first time I saw Dr. Li he kept me waiting 30 minutes. However, he did prescribe medications that helped my sinus problem. When I returned for a routine followup, I waited nearly an hour before I walked out of the office. No one came to the exam room to tell me why he was late, what his schedule was etc. There were onlt 2 patients in the office, neither of which he was helping.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The staff here does their best to make you feel at home. They are always friendly and make me feel welcome.
