All of the receptionists, nurses and staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and boasting happy smiles, which was a very nice change of pace from some other doctors offices. I was pleased with how quick my wait time was-only about 5 minutes- AND i was 15 minutes late to my appointment! So it was great how accommodating they were! Everyone there sought to answer my concerns and questions and help me get the best service available, also they have helped me out in sticky situations several times if I have run out of contacts. So helpful, so kind, so deserving of these 5 stars! :)

(I was unhappy with my previous eye dr because he rushes through and does not take time for my Qs so) I made a point of this, asking LOTS of questions - They made sure EVERY single question I had was answered and were attentive to my understanding of their responses. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate: the tall square building right by the movie theater - ample parking, as well.
