I saw Dr. Kim recently and he has the WORST bedside manner. He did not make eye contact or respond directly to my questions. He did not appear to take my concerns or condition seriously. Frankly, her behavior throughout the visit was bizarre and did not at all demonstrate the presence of mind that one expects from a physician. I couldn't believe one of first things he told me at the visit was "sit down." I will never make an appointment with him again. Interestingly, his first few reviews on this website are amazingly good, which tells me this website is not reliable or he must have quite a few dishonest families and friends. I would give him negative stars if that was an option.

Both staff and the doctor are very disrespectful. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. I was very uncomfortable with the doctor's condescending and careless attitude. II wish they had been more professional. I was disappointed that their staff was very curt.
