I took my daughter to them and my pediatrician was no longer participating. The receptionist was so rude, telling me she required payment in full before even asking for my daughter's condition. When I asked if they took insurance as all, she said no and then told me 'that's why your doctor shouldn't have dropped us.' I guess now I understand why they did. No concern at all for my daughter's well-being, just for their $'s!

The Urgicare pediatricians are all nice and informative and are good with my children It's great to have a doctor to go to at night or on a holiday and not have to miss work to take my child to their regular pediatrician, even IF I could get an appointment the same day. The Urgicare nurses on call are very nice no matter what time I call and they really help me get through the night with a sick child. I am glad my doctor has this service and I'm sure she is glad I am not calling her at 3 a.m.!!! Best of all, there's never any waiting!
