BEST DR HANDS DOWN. I wish my Dr. was as thorough as Dr. Pupo. Went to my Dr. with a sore throat, he never looked at my throat, felt my glands, just wrote me a prescription for an antibiotic and said take Tylenol. I went to Dr. Pupo, which I have, he would look down my throat, feel my glands, check my temp, ask questions. Now that is a GREAT DR. he does the same with my kids. Very thorough Dr.

My kids have been seeing Dr pupo since they were born. I never had too much of an issue until today.i am seriously pissed off at the rude staff that work the front desk. My son had a 102.2 fever. I have been having issues with my insurance and they knew that. I had asked them please bill me later because I don't get paid until the end of the week and my son needed to be seen asap. They flat out refused and pretty much said tough sh*t. How could you turn away a 5 year old who has a high fever?? All over $68!?! I have never seen such heartless people in my life. You can bet I am taking my kids elsewhere.

I had such a horrible experience at my first and last visit. I waited for over an hour in the waiting room, which was not toddler friendly. By the time we got to the exam room, my daughter was beyond done and we still waited another 20 minutes before we saw the doctor. He was very abrasive and rough with my daughter, she screamed the entire exam. We were in and out of the appointment in ten minutes. On top of the horrible bedside manner from the doctor, the nurse was sick. I find that highly unacceptable, the least she could've have done was wear a mask. I definitely will not be returning to this office. I just felt like we were another number in an overbooked office. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.
