Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Absolutely! They gave me plenty of information about child safety and nutrition

They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. When I told them I didn't want my child to get certain vaccinations, they ridiculed me and told me I was uninformed. I've done plenty of research on these vaccinations, and I'm uncomfortable with my child getting them. I couldn't believe they would be that rude. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Definitely! They are happy to answer every first-time mother's question, no matter how basic

Their office was clean enough, nothing special though.Sometimes the wait is long and with 2 kids seems like hours here is a parking lot that is full due to other buildings that use the same lot. It is so refreshing to see a provider that listens to my important and dumb questions. Good and Bad i Love the doctors there and will contunue to use them for my pediatric needs

I was impressed by how knowledgeable they were about immunizations. They answered every question I had. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate.

Not at all. The examining rooms were dark and plain
