We are former patients of Dr. Albanese. We never had any problems. while we were there. The care and service were both great. Our problem started after we moved. It's been over 9 months and we still have not been able to get anyone to respond regarding medical records. I can't seem to get anyone to answer the phone or respond to a fax. This has affected the current care of my children.

I love this office the doctors are beautiful u won't walk out lost with questions! Their so family oriented, your child is their child! I will never take my kids to another office! Praying their around for my grand kids that I may have 10 to 20 years from now lol love them go there you will be so happy and your child will feel at home

They don't mind you waiting with a baby for half an hour for a doctor to come. You will be calling many times before someone picks up the phone. It is all about your money at this office. Avoid them.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Absolutely! They respect my child's individuality and always address both of us

No, but they're usually seen pretty quickly

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
