I've already recommended Dr. Marcus to my friends and family, he is a wonderful, dedicated doctor. He was always warm and professional, and my questions were always answered thoroughly. I remember one late afternoon Dr. Marcus was supposed to be on his way to a dinner, where he was to receive an award. Despite this, he took my son in for an emergency appointment, did not hurry or try to rush us out the door, and made me realize how lucky we were to have him as a pediatrician. I knew when I moved into another county that I would probably not meet another doctor quite so dedicated to his patients.

Dr. Marcus and his staff are GREAT!!!! I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

Dr. Richard Marcus is absolutely fantastic! He is humorous and is so good with kids. My daughter and son have not had tears when having shots since they were two. They are punctual compared to many other physicians I've been to.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

Dr. Marcus really cares about his patients and he is very knowleadgeable. He answers all my question and concerns and takes his time to explain things to me very clearly. There are a couple of other dr's in his office thaty i am not crazy about, i make sure that my kids see only dr. Marcus, he is absolutely the best!
