I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They had already reviewed my medical history before the appointment, and went over it with me in the exam room so as not to miss anything. They were extremely thorough and made sure not to miss one detail. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them.Dr. B. is very knowledgeable and friendly. Staf is great!

I have been Dr. Blumenthal's patient for more than 15 years and think he is great. Never had an issue with the level of care he provides. Having said that, I was unable to get an appt. to see him over the summer for my check up because he was booked up. No big deal except that I teach and wanted to get the appt. over and done, so for the 1st time I agreed to see his nurse practitioner for my pap and exam. If this had been my 1st visit to the practice, I would never ever go back again. I will go back, but only if I can see Dr. Blumenthal. Kathy, the NP was cold, uncaring, condescending and abrupt. She was rough, caused me pain and to bleed. Do NOT agree to see her instead of the Dr. I had no issues, am healthy and just wanted my annual physical. I came home in pain, bloody, and very angry!
