My Drug Company would not cover me for KEPRA. It's the medication that I take to control my seizures. They said they only cover me for a maximum of 120 tablets every 60 days and I had exceeded that. I called their Jersey City office where the doctor was working out of that day 2/16/2012 and even though I explained to the girl what the situation was, she would not allow me to speak to with Dr. Ferrer and said the pharmacy had to call and tell her what I just said. She would not hear it from me. This is very bad service. Not even dogs get treated this way.

I have been seeing Dr. Ferrer over 10 years now. He has nothing but my best interest in mind. He and his staff have always been helpful and very accommodating. I have no intentions on switching physicians anytime soon.
