Visited this office three times, and have never seen a doctor. I suppose the actual physicians are too busy, so the peasants get to see "Doctor's Helpers", Nurse Practitioners. One of my visits was a well visit, so this wasn't a big deal. The other two appointments required a little medical attention, and that's just what I received...including the followup visit. Didn't stop in for 3 minutes, nothing. Maybe if you show up carrying your own limb you'll get a doctor's full attention? I sure did pay the doctor's rate though!

I probably passed 3 other General Practitioners on my 20 minute drive to this meat shop, so I'm definitely exploring other options. Front desk staff seems to be balanced between 'disinterested' and 'belligerent'. I had no problems, but I can easily see them getting nasty very quickly. Someone is always complaining behind that counter.

I was very impressed with their advanced and sophisticated equipment. You can tell they only want the best for their patients. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. Medical=Great Clerical=horrible.

They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not.
