Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, generally during my office visits, but phone conversations or obtaining lab results are not satisfactory. The staff is calm and understanding They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill--mostly return calls from the doctor. M
