Dr. Sloan is clearly very smart - and he knows it. He is gruff, non explanatory and doesn't want to entertain anything but his own thoughts. He spends far too much time criticizing the current healthcare system then focusing on his patient. Given the multitude of good doctors in the same geographic area there just is no reason to see him. His office staff is pleasant but ineffective. Getting records released is a nightmare
