Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
