Dr Randy klein took over from my retiring doctor... what a pleasant surprise! He is warm, kind, knowledgeable and very professional. He is one of the best doctors I have ever frequented in my life . I am very impressed at how accommodating he was to my needs as a patient, 8:30pm on Saturday, unheard of these days. He never rushed through the appointment.

They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an appointment, let alone one that would fit my schedule. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort.
