He diagnosed my stage 2 squamous cell right away and referred me to an excellent surgeon. They are more than accomadating to my husband and I making our appts together. Office staff is always pleasant. He came recommended to me by my boss who says there is no better as he has treated her for years.

It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. Also, many times when calling their office there's no answer and no answering machine. The staff is not the friendliest either. Wait time is pretty much standard, about 20 minute past the appointment. Parking lot is not big but all 3 times I was there I was able to find a parking space. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking being that the office is in a small, house-like building and it would be difficult to park elsewhere.

I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.
