They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.

There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. I felt the staff could have been more friendly. I didn't get the warm welcome that I usually expect. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many.
