Horrible. I've been a patient for 9 years (not quite sure why I stayed so long) and have never been spoken to so rudely and disrespected in my entire life. This woman would constantly make comments on how if I didn't lose weight I was going to lose my husband, how I had put on weight without looking at my chart saying I had LOST weight and coming to conclusions about things I hadn't even spoken to her about. She would constantly treat my like a child talking to me as if I was about to be reprimanded by a teacher or a parent. I'm so disgusted that this woman is still allowed to be working with the public. I will be looking for a new doctor.

I showed up on time for my appointment but they weren't even there yet. I had to wait quite a while for them and my entire day's schedule was messed up. The receptionist is a know at all and extremely rude! The nurse's didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish; and some of then can't barely speak English !

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. Dr. Kodali herself makes me feel very special. She takes her time with me and doesn't want me to leave until I undrestand her diagnosis.

Dr. Kodali herself is very educated and professional. I have every confidence in her. However she has gotten busy and I haven't seen her in years. Her nurse practitioners are less than professional, seemingly uneducated, and obviously lack professionalism and bedside manner. A few of the receptionists have a terrible attitude. The one I dealt with was very crass, spoke over me, hung up on me, and was very disrespectful to my mother as well. Ten years ago I would recommend this establishment, but I have recently turned friends away from considering their care.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.
