I cannot say enough good about this doctor's office. Often, even if a doctor is wonderful, the office staff can be lacking- like you're just a number or a file folder. But such could not be further from the case at this office!! I took my premature baby to Dr. Nakamura after her release from the NICU. He was very delicate and thorough with my tiny daughter! Now he sees my stepkids & he is very thorough with them as well. Furthermore, you would not even believe the amount of time he took with them. I can also attest to the office being extremely accommodating (extremely!) when dealing divorced parents. Honestly, it's unprecedented!! Not only did the doctor take an extraordinary amount of time with my husband & the children's biological mother, but the office manager aided in keeping them as separate as possible to avoid any potential issues. They are also off-the-charts incredible at returning calls and helping with any questions or concerns. I really have never experienced such helpful staff, & as someone who has chronic medical conditions (having seen too many foctors to count) that is really not said lightly. They treat you practically like friends or family. I cannot recommend C.L.S. highly enough!!!

They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.

All the parents in my community respect them, and recommended that I bring my child there. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
