I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. A quick appointment took 2 hours total time and 90 minutes was in the waiting room.

Not at all, their cologne smelled great
