I like Dr Jacobs but I have to say that I never get seen at the time of my appointment its always at least an hour after I was scheduled before the doctor will see me. When you try to call to make an appointment you always wait about 30 minutes to get through. A few times I didn't have time to wait on hold so when they gave the option to leave a message I did but I never received a call back.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff (nursing)is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. My only negative was the front desk office girls. there was three of them and could of cared less whether they helped you. The conversation they were having was not one that should of been in a front office setting. I heard several comments about another patient that was there at the same time i was. So that doesn't say much for hippa in that office.
