My daughter and I loved Dr. Griesemer and his staff!! She no longer sees him as she is a young adult. But today, a couple of years after we last saw him, I needed her records and his staff was the greatest and most helpful. We miss Dr. Griesemer. He is wonderful with the kids and us parents!

Not at all. They encouraged second opinions

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider?
Yes! It was effortless!
Did this pediatrician have good bedside manner and were they well-liked by your child?
Yes, and my child likes them
Does this provider treat their staff well?
Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while we were waiting, but it would have been nice if my child and I were a little more comfortable.
I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.

They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive they were. They never ridiculed or dismissed my opinions on parenting issues, and were always so considerate. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything.
