I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I wasn't convinced that they had the best motives, and I don't trust them to always have my child's best interest at heart. I definitely won't be returning. You would expect a pediatrician to be kid friendly, but to my surprise they were cold and not friendly at all. They made me and my child feel unwelcome. Their interests seem to be medications, shots, drugs. Seems they are in cahoots with the drug companies as so many doctors are these days. It seems to be all about treating the symptoms and not the cause.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. My daughter almost died under his care. I finally ignored Dr Bradshaw and took her to the emrgency and they immediately rushed her to childrens hospital of which she stayed for 10 days. The Drs at Childrens Hospital told me that she would have died if I listened to Dr Bradshaw

I was impressed by how knowledgeable they were about immunizations. They answered every question I had. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while.

This doctor's office upcodes to scam your insurance company and try to get you to pay more money. When i called my insurance company to see what some of the bills were for, they cited conditions my son didn't have and that they didn't mention to me. They do give a summary of your visit every time you go and my child's diagnosis did not match the bill and they would not rebill under the correct codes.
