Dr. Probst's office is easy to find and easy to get in and out of. He owns the building and it is well maintained, although a little dated. His staff is professional and effective. Occasionally I've had a wait for my appointment - but not since Dr. Probst stopped delivering babies. Since that time, I've been seen within 15 minutes of my appointment every time. The doctor is respectful, and I've never felt uncomfortable. I have always been able to talk to him - even regarding embarrassing or awkward topics. When I needed blood to be drawn, the doctor did it himself! (I've never experienced that at another doctor's office.) When my test results come in, the doctor calls me personally (another first!). Dr. Probst gives me straightforward medical information, and when I ask for his personal opinion, he is honest with me.

This is one of the friendliest and most welcoming offices I've ever visited. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.
