Sometimes the OBGYN's staff appears happy to answer my questions and sometimes I'm not sure they are focusing on me. This OBGYN was for the most part, careful and concerned with my comfort. This provider is about equal to others I've gone to. I felt quite safe in their care. I felt that I could mostly trust that I was given the best care possible. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. The new "give us your credit card information or you can't be seen here" sucks. They've messed up my billing and left me waiting in the exam room wearing nothing but a sheet for over 1 hour. Good MD, but there are plenty of other good MDs whose staff don't make this many mistakes.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
