Very unhappy with the way we were treated.
Took my son as an infant at pediatrician's recommendation.
Every question I asked was either left unanswered or he made me feel like I was stupid for asking.
Have since found another Dr. who listens to me and have gotten help for my sons delays.

We love this Dr, :) and wouldnt go anywhere else. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. We love Dr. Flasterstein and his staff, they are great.
