Me and all my children have been patients of Dr. Poetz for 20 years. Over the last two years the office has made numerous changes to the staff, none of them good. It has been one thing after another going wrong. I am looking for a new doctor as I can longer be inconvenienced, lied to by the staff, and my time wasted. The staff takes no responsibility for their actions, which is easy to do since none of them stay around long enough to warm a chair. I hate to change doctors because I have formed a relationship with Dr. Poetz, but he really needs to be aware of how his staff is treated HIS patients. They need to understand that they are not there to do the patients any FAVORS by being there and doing their jobs...we are PAYING for a SERVICE.

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
