The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Their staff is very friendly and professional. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment.

The medical staff is very friendly. Dr. Plisco has saved me from running allover town to see different doctors because he has such a wide array knowledge and experience. I have been his patient for over 10 years and had great care.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. never gives refills on med bottles so you stuck trying to get them filled, the office will not take a refill request via fax, so you must, this doctor has sent me 3 fails bills for my copay witch had been paid in full at the time i was seen. the office staff doesn't no what the left hand is doing from the right hand. i've been useing this doctor for 15 years and have had tons of problems for the last 6 years

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Yes, they were immaculate!
