Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up being able to do. When I have questions at home, I call his office and I ALWAYS have to wait DAYS for someone from his office to get back to me. That is, if I don't have to call several times before finally reaching someone who can give me answers... because his nurse (nice lady) is always out of reach (you can NEVER get him on the phone (arrogant? You be the judge). At my appointments, he is very friendly and willing to answer all of my questions until he sends someone else to rush me out of his office without explanation. Sometimes I'm left with unanswered questions for I wait for him to come back in the office.
