Dr. Kang was professional in her treatment of my wife. However, Dr. Kang's management company, Comprehensive Anesthesia Care, PC, threatened to send my wife's account to collections three months after the treatment and before the insurance company had finished processing the claim, even though we called to let the company know that the claim was still pending. Further, you cannot reach the company's billing department directly to resolve account issues; instead you have to leave a voicemail message that may or may not be returned. This experience was horrible.
