The service is very professional. Dr. Russell listens to any concerns that parents may have concernng their baby. We love him! The staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable. Very clean rooms! No long wait times at all, I have never had to wait more than ten minutes. Would reccommend Childrens Medical Group to any New Parent, becuase we are new parents and our experience has been wonderful.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician because they were so kid friendly. They put in the extra effort to make my child feel special and important. The waiting room at this pediatrician's office had two separate areas, one for "sick" kids and one for "well" kids. This really gave me a peace of mind that my child wouldn't get sick.
