I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice..Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. Oh, and after over a week from my appointment he still never sent the information over to my other doctor. My other doctor was waiting so he could prescribe the correct medication.

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I was satisfied with how things went. I left feeling informed and encouraged. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.
